City Gates Church started 25 years ago as a joint project between Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and Ichthus Christian Fellowship. Currently independent, with a church plant in Islington called New River, City Gates is a charismatic evangelical church comprised largely of students, young professionals, young families and internationals.

Our vision: "To love God, to love each other and to love the world"

Our mission: "To see City Gates Church become like a huge bicycle wheel with its hub in Soho and its spokes reaching out across London. Along each spoke there will be cell groups bringing Christ to those around them."
