Sunday Meetings

On Sundays City Gates folk from all corners of London gather centrally to worship and enjoy fellowship together. We currently meet at the University of Westminster on Little Titchfield Street (see Venues for map and directions). A typical Sunday runs as follows:

9.50am Ten:10 Prayer Meeting

After a short time of worship, we focus on praying for the day's service and for particular areas of church ministry. The meeting starts at ten past ten and runs until 10.40am, and all are welcome to drop in at any time during this period.

11am Family Worship

Lively worship, practical teaching and focused prayer ministry form the basis of our main Sunday service. The meeting is informal and a warm welcome is extended to everyone. We're usually done by about 1pm.

During the service, we run separate meetings for kids and teenagers, which your children are very welcome to attend. These meetings are announced about half way through the service.

Afterwards...

we'd love to meet you over a tea or coffee, which are served free of charge. If you'd like to know more about City Gates Church, you can find much more information on the Connect Desk at the back of the meeting room.

Living Room Lunches

Join us after church for a simple, home-cooked meal in our Soho centre - just a 10 minute walk from the University of Westminster building. Meet with others and enjoy a credit-crunch lunch, with a price tag of just £4!
